SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to high volumes of fraudulent purchase attempts, all orders are subject to a handling period for payment verification before shipment, and get shipped out usually within 48-72 hours. Ideally orders are verified and processed within 24 hours of placing your order. After receipt of payment, you will then receive notification for both payment reception and shipment. To prevent fraudulent orders, we require government ID on orders of $1000 or more we before the order may be shipped. If this is the case our support staff will contact you with instructions so that we can get your items to your as quickly as possible.

Cancellations can only happen within 24 hours within placing an order. Any cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

In addition to our own stock, we source some items directly from manufactures to keep our prices low, therefore your order may come in multiple packages depending on USA/EU warehouse stock availability when the order was placed.

Alvaru is a global company, offering free global shipping. In most instances we are shipping from our warehouses in the US and Europe, however some items ship directly from the manufactures in Asia. If your order is factory direct, please expect an estimated 15 – 45 business days to receive your order for free shipping, or possibly longer depending on the region of the destination. Shipping time estimates to YOUR address are available for EVERY product, please email info@alvaru.com if you have any questions regarding the typical shipping time of your order to your region.
